为了满足大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥施工的安全性与成桥预期的内力状态和拱肋线形，本文结合工程实例，分别对合理成桥状态和扣索索长调整的目标函数的确定进行了分析，将一组多变量、多约束的最小化问题无约束化，从而建立起适合于该问题的遗传算法优化模型，将其计算结果分别与迭代前进法和随机最优控制理论进行了比较；结果表明，采用该方法编制的基于结构计算的遗传优化程序操作灵活，能很好的满足施工和设计要求。
