本文依据对国内几个大型的风洞实验基地的调研，借鉴国外风洞实验测试系统的优点，结合了几种较新的技术，吸收前人总结的经验的基础之上，提出了一种设计方案，即采用在vxi总线结构的模块式仪器组成测试系统的硬件部分，使用数据库与图形化编程环境相结合的方式研制开发测试系统的软件部分，将硬、软件这两部分连接起来，构建出一种新型的风洞实验测试系统。
