利用pdms微流控芯片对fitc标记的精氨酸、甘氨酸、谷氨酸混合物进行了电泳分离，分离电压为200v cm ，分离时间不到120秒；通过拍到的荧光显微图像对电泳注样过程中复杂的样品分子积聚与解聚现象作定性的分析；以荧光染料rhodamineb为温度荧光探针，建立了pdms微流控芯片上的温度-荧光强度的关系公式，并利用matlab图像处理工具箱构建出微流体沟道内的温度色图，对pdms微流控芯片的微流道温度特性进行了分析，根据实验结果，我们认为对于pdms微流控芯片来说，在进行需要外加电场作用的试验时，外加电场不应超过400v cm 。
