其主要功能是:当车辆滚翻时, rops能刺入未冻土壤而阻止车辆的进一步滚翻,降低滚翻的车辆对系着安全带司机轧伤的可能性;保证rops在碰撞和冲击变形不大的地面(如冻土、混疑土上、岩石)时,能具有相当大的抗连续冲击能力;当车辆已经处于颠覆状态时,已经变形的rops应能支撑住整车。落物保护装置(简称fops ) ,其构件的布置方式要能遮蔽坠落的物体(如,树木、岩石等) ,以便对司机提供适当的保护。本课题主要通过了解国内外有关对rops fops的研究情况和有关国际标准的制定,对大型推土机倾翻和落物保护装置进行研究,在理论分析的基础上,通过建立rops fops的力学分析模型,推导弹性、弹塑性阶段rops fops变形的计算公式,建立一套可行的rops fops的非线性有限元分析计算方法。
