摘要结合中国农村发展的实际情况,通过研究农村土地制度以及财产制度,建议废除现行法律制度中不合理的规定,正确处理农村宅基地使用权与农村房屋所有权的关系,在禁止农村宅基地使用权单独转让和买卖的同时,尊重农民的房屋财产权,允许并保护农村房屋的正当交易。
