然后，通过社会典型抽样调查(专家问卷法)得到第一手数据，运用sas 、 excel和灰色关联分析等数理统计与分析方法，对问卷的可靠性进行了研究，建立了食物质量安全技术“关键性”的评价方法，并进行了实证评价分析，对我国食物质量安全技术的重点技术类型、关键技术种类等进行战略选择，提出了我国食物质量安全关键技术的一系列宏观发展对策。
