论文从研究我国家族企业经营者信任的现状并进行成因分析入手,讨论了家族主义信任在家族企业发展过程中存在的局限性和建立经营者信任的必要性,应用博弈论分析方法分别从合作预期、道德约束、精神激励、情感利益关联约束等角度详细论证了存在经营者信任的几种可能情况,从环境、所有者及经营者三方面探讨了经营者信任的影响因素,把经营者自身的影响因素归结为品德、能力和关系等三个主要方面,提出了直观刻画经营者可信任度的“品德-能力-关系”模型,并分析了经营者信任的动态变化过程及其特点。
