本课题在整体性调研的基础上，将分别对降低女性性工作者和一般人群（农村和城区的青少年女性）的艾滋病易感性给予对策与政策上的建议，并充分发挥相关政府部门和非政府组织的工作职能及公益意识，积极参与到艾滋病防治工作来。
