Firstly , in order to deal with the problem that the accuracy of the demarcating concentration calibrate algorithm can ’ t satisfy the requirement , this thesis proposes a new demarcating concentration calibrate based on fitting a curve . the new algorithm uses least square method to keep the accuracy . the measuring results show that the accuracy of the algorithm is higher and it can satisfies the requirement of application
首先,本文针对生化分析系统中现存的浓度标定算法不精确,难以满足实际需要的问题,提出了一种基于曲线拟合的浓度标定算法,算法基于最小二乘原理进行曲线拟合以保持测量精度,实际样本测量表明该算法具有较好的测量精度,能满足应用要求。
