本研究首次以两栖动物牛蛙为研究对象，进行了其生长激素基因的克隆以及原核表达质粒与真核表达重组质粒的构建、重组牛蛙gh蛋白的生物活性和免疫活性检测以及重组蛋白制剂和核酸制剂的制备及其体内促长作用等表达效应研究，研究目的在于求证重组真核表达质粒是否能在牛蛙中表达、其促长效应是否强于重组bfgh蛋白，为探索重组生长激素真核表达质粒能否替代重组gh蛋白作为动物促长基因制剂等研究奠定理论基础。
