文章以我国炮兵武器装备费用估算为对象，在全面分析了国内外费用估算已有理论知识和技术成果的基础上，结合课题实际需要，建立了我国炮兵武器装备寿命周期费用的估算程序；给出了炮兵武器装备寿命周期各阶段费用的总体模型。
