Based on the structure of e - government performance and information ethics awareness , this study gives evidence - based study aiming at government employees ' information ethics related subjects during the development process of e - government , and furthermore , the correlation between e - government performance and information ethics can be found out , to use as the reference for developing policies on information ethics , strengthening information ethics education , and also formulating information ethics regulations or laws , etc . this study adopts questionnaire survey , and samples are from san chung land office of taipei county
本研究在电子化政府执行绩效与资讯伦理认知的构念下，针对电子化政府发展过程中所产生公务人员资讯伦理的相关议题，进行实证分析，藉以了解电子化政府执行绩效与资讯伦理认知的关联性，做为未来公部门发展资讯伦理政策、加强资讯伦理教育及制定资讯伦理规范或法规等的参考依据。
