The training program aims at improving the expertise of the technical staff through concentrated training . after the concentrated training , the 100 animal husbandry professionals will be distributed in 10 working groups to various towns and townships to provide technical guidance to more than 14 , 200 households engaging in dairy cattle rearing at their doorsteps during the slack seasons from this winter to next spring
举办此次培训班的目的在于：通过集中培训，首先提高科技人员的业务技术水平，培训结束后，按照农牧业局的统一安排，接受培训的100名畜牧技术人员将组成10个工作队，分赴各乡镇利用今冬明春的农闲季节，对全县14200多奶牛养殖农户进行入户技术指导。
