Without knowing the real connotation and lack of through consideration of merger , many enterprises think only of becoming larger in size , what they did is just to put things together and finally had to bear the consequences . while some other enterprises which have better understanding of the corporate strategy and goal of merger , simply because of their lack in necessary means and skills of merger , also result in a number of mistakes which would have been avoided and thus affected result of merger , this also resulted in several hidden barriers for the future development of the enterprise
