为适应内燃机普遍存在曲轴扭振的情况,本文提出并推导了利用扭振信号反算的新方法( tvrs法) ,即采用轴系中某一测点的扭转振动信号,按轴系实际的弹性模型,依据内燃机动力学、数值计算方法和信号理论等,反算各缸的平均有效压力,定量判断各缸的作功状况。此法充分利用内燃机现有的扭振资料,虽然计算工作量较大,但普遍适用于各种类型各种工况的内燃机,有较高的实用价值。
