由于所处环境、自身条件等与国外投行有着极大的差别，注定国内券商不能照搬国外同行的经验，而应是在借鉴基础上走适合自己的特色道路。为此，笔者从我国券商的实际现实条件出发，采用数学方法，对我国券商跨国经营的目标国家市场的选择、国际市场进入方式的选择模型及市场进入时机进行了理论上的初步探讨，希望对国内券商的国际化有所帮助。接下来，笔者分析了券商国际化将面临的风险，将var技术应用于风险的度量、采用z模型对券商国际化的风险进行预警，并对风险防范方面提出了一些建议。
