首先，本试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳( page )对我省三个水域鳜鱼群体3种同工酶( ldh 、 est 、 mdh )的不同基因座位进行了检测，结果表明： ldh同工酶可以作为区分秋浦河鳜鱼、长江鳜鱼两个群体与万佛湖鳜鱼群体的生化遗传标记；其次，运用rapd技术分析了三群体鳜鱼的基因组dna的多态性。
